this hotel certainly knows how to ruin a stay, doesn't it? at 2am, a staff member walked into my room without knocking, and really, how is that acceptable? i also had to pay some 'insurance fee' that came out of nowhere. a complimentary drink woudl ve been nice after that fiasco, but i guess that’s too much to ask.
